Short version: this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. Payments are handled by PayPal. The apps talk to our servers only to activate a license and to perform the script-generation work you ask for. We never sell your data.

This website

fluvig.com is a static website hosted on our own server. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party analytics or tracking scripts. As with any web server, our hosting infrastructure temporarily records standard request data (IP address, browser type, requested URL, date/time) in security and access logs used to prevent abuse and diagnose faults. These logs are not used to build personal profiles.

When you buy

Checkout is processed by PayPal. You complete the payment on PayPal's own pages — Fluvig never sees your card number, bank details or PayPal password. PayPal shares with us only the information needed to fulfil your order:

• the email address you enter at checkout (to deliver your activation code and receipt);
• your PayPal order and transaction IDs, the plan purchased and the amount paid;
• the basic payer details PayPal makes available to sellers, such as name and country.

We store this order information together with the issued activation code and its status in our own order database, for as long as needed to deliver the license, provide support, handle refunds or disputes, and meet accounting and legal obligations. PayPal processes your payment under its own privacy policy.

License activation

When you enter an activation code in Fluvig Desktop or Fluvig Mobile, the app contacts our license server with the activation code and a one-way machine identifier derived from your device. The server keeps a license record containing the code, its plan and status, the hashed machine identifier(s), and activation timestamps. This is used solely to verify the license, enforce its device limits, and help with transfers between devices. It contains no file names, no media content, and no information about what you play or generate.

The apps and script generation

The apps contain no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and they do not scan or upload your media library. When you use AI script generation or real-time cloud features, the video frames or screen data strictly required to perform that analysis are transmitted to our processing server to produce the result. Your content is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train anything; it is retained only as long as necessary to complete and support the request. All other app functionality — playback, editing and hardware output over Serial, UDP and Bluetooth — runs locally on your own device.

Data protection and your choices

We apply reasonable technical safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls) to the data we hold. You may request a copy of the personal data linked to your order, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email 1640134046@qq.com with your order ID. We will delete data on request unless it must be retained to settle a payment dispute or comply with legal and accounting requirements. If you email us, we keep that conversation so we can reply and provide support.
