Terms & Refunds

These terms cover purchases and use of Fluvig Desktop (Windows) and Fluvig Mobile (Android). By buying or installing the software you agree to these terms.

1. What you buy

You are buying a personal, non-exclusive license to use the software, not the software itself. Plans available at checkout:

• Monthly — full access for 30 days from activation;
• Annual — full access for 365 days from activation;
• Lifetime — permanent access to the software with free updates.

Monthly and annual plans are paid per license period — there is no automatic recurring billing; when a period ends you renew manually if you want to continue. Desktop and Mobile licenses are sold separately; an activation code only unlocks the product named on your order. The Fluvig Mobile APK itself is a free download and is unlocked by a Mobile activation code.

2. Activation codes

• Codes are shown on the confirmation page immediately after payment and are also sent to the email address you provide.
• A code can be activated on the number of devices allowed by the app's license controls. Reinstalling on the same machine is fine; moving to another machine or phone — contact support with your order ID and we will transfer it for you.
• Keep your code private. Do not share, resell, publish, or distribute activation codes or purchase-gated download links. Each code is licensed to one buyer.
• We may suspend a code that is abused, shared publicly, fraudulently obtained, or used in a way that attacks the service.

3. Installers and Android APK

For iOS-style SmartScreen or Android "unknown sources" warnings when installing, this is expected for independently distributed software: on Windows choose More info → Run anyway; on Android allow installation from the browser or file manager you used to download the APK. Install and use the apps only on devices you own or are permitted to manage.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You keep all rights to the videos and scripts you create with Fluvig. You are responsible for the content you play and generate, and you may use the software only with lawful, adult (18+) content and only in jurisdictions where such content is legal. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the activation system, circumvent license controls, or operate the service on behalf of others without authorization.

5. Refund policy

• Unused codes: an activation code that has never been activated on any device is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Email support with your order ID and the refund goes back to the original PayPal payment method.
• Activated codes: once a code has been used, purchases are generally final, but contact us anyway — if the software genuinely cannot work on your supported device and we cannot fix it, we will refund on a case-by-case basis.
• Lifetime plans: same rule — unused, fully refundable within 30 days; activated issues handled case-by-case.
• PayPal transaction fees and currency conversion are handled per PayPal's rules; refunds return the amount we received from PayPal.

6. Updates and availability

We provide software updates, including free updates for Lifetime licenses, but do not guarantee that every device or third-party hardware accessory will be supported forever. The license server and cloud processing are provided with reasonable care but without an absolute uptime guarantee; temporary outages do not constitute grounds for a chargeback if the software keeps working offline or we restore service promptly.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluvig is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability for a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
